Terms of Cancellation of accommodation
Notification of cancellation must be made by e-mail and sent to the conference secretariat Reed & Mackay. Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until May 15th, 2026. A cancellation fee of SEK 300/person will be charged. If cancellation is received later than May 15th, or in case of no-show, full cost of the reservation will be charged, regardless of reason for cancellation.

In the event that the congress is postponed due to circumstances outside of the organizer’s control, the above cancellation policy applies.
