We are getting close to the start of NORDROCS 2026.
Shipping/delivery instructions
For those of you who wish to ship exhibition materials or freight prior to the event, please refer to the attached information HERE.
Please note that it is not possible to send materials directly to Finlandia Talo. Suomen Event Logistics Oy will receive the shipment on your behalf and then transport it to Finlandia Talo, delivering it directly to your exhibition stand so that it is in place for move-in from 07:00 on Tuesday, 15 September.
All handling and transportation costs are to be covered by the exhibitor. Please note that all arrangements and communication regarding shipments should be made directly between the exhibitor and Suomen Event Logistics Oy.
Move-in
07:00-09:00 on Tuesday, 15 September.
Move-out
14:00-16:30 on Wednesday, 16 September
Fees & VAT
Please note that all sponsorship and exhibition fees are stated excl. 25% VAT.
