Delegate fees

The delegate fees include: Participation in the congress on September 15-16, coffee, lunches and dinner according to the program, and the welcome reception on September 14.  For participation in premeeting September 14 or technical tour September 17, there will be an additional cost.

Pre course EUR 110
Fee includes: Participation in the precourse September 14, coffee, lunch according to the program.

Technical tour EUR 110
Fee includes: Participation in the technical tour September 17. Coffee and refreshments is not included but can be bought on board the boat.

Terms of registration

All fees are stated excl. 13,5% or 25% VAT.

Delegates from all countries can choose between invoice or credit card payment.

Credit card payment
Follow the instructions in the registration form. Approved cards are VISA and Mastercard. Please assure that your credit card is open for Internet purchases.

Invoice
Administration fee for invoicing: EUR 7.

Make sure to state the correct invoicing details on the payment page of the registration form. For invoices to a Swedish public sector (region, kommun etc.), e-invoicing information must be stated. Please note! If a new invoice has to be issued due to an incorrectly stated invoicing address, an extra administrative fee of EUR 40 will be charged.

Cancellation of participation
All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to congress secretariat Reed & Mackay, conference.se@reedmackay.com.

If cancellation is made by May 31, 2026, a cancellation fee of EUR 50 will be charged. If your registration fee has already been paid, it will be credited with a deduction of EUR 50. If cancellation is made from June 1, 2026, no refund or reduction will be possible. 

In the event that the congress is postponed due to circumstances outside of the NORDROCS and Reed & Mackay’s control, the above cancellation policy applies. Your registration fee would then be transferred to the new dates for the congress.

Cancellation of accommodation
If you cancel your room or night/nights before or on the last day of cancellation, May 12, 2026, your payment will be credited minus a cancellation fee of EUR 50. If cancellation is made after May 12, 2026 no refund or deduction will be possible.

Change of participant
If you cannot participate in the congress, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. The fee for transfer is EUR 25. Please contact the congress secretariat, Reed & Mackay, if you want to transfer your registration.

Dietary requirements
Only vegan/vegetarian food and allergies can be considered, no lifestyle diets. Dietary requirements must be given to the congress secretariat no later than August 21.

After August 21, no dietary requirements can be considered.
